【摘要】 作者报告了1983年至1995年.通过连续输出刀头功率为52.2W的C0₂激光刀和YAG激光进行了中央型椎间盘脱出手术15例的临床观察,结果表明激光手术具有出血少,速度快,对正常组织损伤小,手术操作简便彻底,术中及术后全身无不良反应,手术后伤口不易感染,愈合良好,神经系统症状恢复快等优点.更多还原

【Abstract】 . Fifteen cases of central type interver-tebral disc protrusion being removed surgically with the aid of CO2 or YAG laser beam were reported. The advantages of laser knife were less bleeding, shorter operation time, and less damage to the normal tissue during operation. No harmful effect was noted. After the laser operation, the wound healing was satisfactory. In all of the 15 cases, the neurological symptoms were recovered with in 6 months after operation.更多还原
