大鼠背根节慢性压迫对行为和电生理反应的影响
BEHAVIORAL AND ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF CHRONIC COMPRESSION OF DORSAL ROOT GANGLION IN THE RAT
【摘要】 在麻醉消毒手术条件下,经大鼠L5椎间孔插入长4mm,直径0.5~0.8mm的不锈钢丝,可以形成对背报节及邻近神经根慢性稳定的压迫。经热痛缩腿反射潜伏期检测,术后5~42天,受损侧后肢足底的潜伏期显著缩短,表现持续的痛觉过敏。受损背根节与A类纤维连接的神经元,自发放电的发生率明显增高,并显示多种放电的节律形式。该类神经元对背根节的机械压力刺激非常敏感,后放电时桂显著延长;对局部没浴TEA也产生相对特异的兴奋反应。应用这一实验模型将有助于深入研究与了解背报节慢性压迫引起腰背痛和坐骨神经痛的神经机制。
【Abstract】 Under anesthesa and sterilised surgery, a pe of Stainless Steel filament(4mm in length and 0. 5-0. 8mm in diameter)was inserted into the L5 intervertebral foramen in the rat,thus producing a chronic and steady compression on the dorsal root poghon(DRG)and its nerve roots. Test of foot withdeawal latency caused by rthe heat showed that the hind pow of the injured side registered a sboificant reduction in foot withdrawal latency and manifested a persistent hyperalgesia 5 to 42 days after surgery. Spotuneous boarge of A-type fiber from neurons in the injured DRG Ptesental a markedly increased incmence and various rhythm petterns. Thde neurons in the injured DRG had a gredy enhanced sensitivity to mechanital compression stimulation and a obviously prolollged after discharge. Relatively specific excitutory responses occurred when the injured DRG was immernd in m soution. Application of this experimentul model may promote further research and understandings of the neural mechanisms by which chronic compression of DRG induces low hack pein and sciatica.
