【摘要】 本研究采用胃压测量仪测定静松灵对绵羊胃蠕动的影响，结果如下：α２肾上腺素受体激动剂静松灵可以使羊胃蠕动停止，同等剂量的静松灵比隆朋对羊瘤胃蠕动的副作用大；低剂量（０．１ｍｇ／ｋｇｉｖ）的育亨宾不能显著对抗静松灵，高于０．１ｍｇ／ｋｇ的育亨宾能阻抗静松灵造成的胃蠕动抑制；苯口恶唑有强烈拮抗静松灵的作用，而妥拉苏林的作用弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The offects of JSL on ruminal motor were studied in eight sheep Using gastrc pressure instrument.The results were as follows:JSL,α 2 adrenoreceptor agonist,could stop the ruminal motor action in sheep;the effect of JSL on the ruminal motor was stronger than that of Sylazine at the same dose.The low dose of Yohimbine (0.1mg/kg,iv) could not antagonize JSL significantly,but the dose more than 0.1mg/kg of Yohimbine reversed JSL induced ruminal motor repression.Idazoxan strongly reversed the effect of JSL,but the effect of tolazoline to reverse JSL wa weak.更多还原
