【Abstract】 The test results indicated that the immune effects of the lyophilized attenuated Newcastle disease (ND) and Infectious brochitis (IB) vaccines produced with the protective additives of 1% gelatine and 5% sucrose, or 5%sucrose and milk, were similar. The authors suggested that, gelatine and sucrose may be a substitute for sucrose and milk as a protertive additive of lyophilization, and the cast of vaccines would be reduced.更多还原
