【摘要】 对猪巴氏杆菌二价灭活疫苗生产菌株之一的Ｃ４４－４８（Ａ群）菌株进行了鉴定，结果菌体形态、生化特性、菌落特征、血清学特性均符合多杀性巴氏杆菌的特性。菌种毒力为皮下３ＣＦＵ活菌可致死家兔，皮下３３０ＣＦＵ可致死仔猪。以５批Ｃ４４－４８疫苗用家兔和仔猪效检，结果均合格，表明免疫原性良好。保存期试验结果表明冻干菌种在０～８℃保存至少可达６年。用家兔进行交互免疫试验，结果表明，相同血清群菌株保护７５～１００％；不同群菌株保护０～２５％，几乎无保护力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bacteria morphology, biochemical features, colony forms and serological characters of the strain C44-48 all coincided with Pasteurella multocida group A. 3 and 330 bacteria Killed rabbit and Piglet respectively. Rabbits and piglets vaccinated with everyone of the 5 lots of the C44-48 vaccine were protected up to standard against challenge. Freeze dried cultures of this strain kept in 0-8℃ preserved its pathogenicity at least for 6 years.
