【Abstract】 For the purpose of demonstration of the stability of the Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae QL251 as an attenuated vaccine strain.This strain was either serially cultured in vitro in Martin broth for 50 passages and blood agar for 55 passages respectively or passed in vivo inmice for 27 passages and in pigs for 5 passages respectively.No change both in immunogenicity and in safteness for animals were observed.
