【Abstract】 Through the strain selection of four high yield of Zhongshengmycin producing strains had been obtained that increased 70% compared with their parent strains. The fermentation conditions of the high yield producing strain UV 7 was studied. It was found that the ventilation and glucose content are two main elements which influence the final yield of Zhongshengmycin. The optimum fermentation in the 6.6L auto fermentor showed that the metabolization rule of UV 7 during fermentation was observed, and the terminal point of fermentation metabolization is directly related with the changes of dissolved oxygen and pH.更多还原
