铁(Ⅲ)锌(Ⅱ)双卟啉的合成及卟啉环间相互作用

【摘要】 合成3种苯环上分别带推电子和拉电子取代基的以1,4-二氧丁基相连的p/p型铁(Ⅲ)锌(Ⅱ)双卟啉,以元素分析、紫外可见光谱、红外光谱、1H核磁共振谱和X-射线光电子能谱进行了表征.通过紫外可见光谱、红外光谱和荧光光谱研究双卟啉卟啉环间的相互作用.结果表明,分子内能量转移过程的存在、νFe-Cl谱带向高频位移和锌(Ⅱ)卟啉的荧光淬灭现象都是卟啉环间相互作用的结果;从锌(Ⅱ)卟啉苯环上取代基性质对荧光淬灭的影响可知,对p/p型双卟啉,自旋—轨道偶合效应是卟啉环间相互作用的重要方式

【Abstract】 Three iron(Ⅲ) zinc(Ⅱ) porphyrin dimers linked with flexible butoxy chains at para position of two phenyl rings have been synthesized and characterized by EA, UV vis,IR, 1H NMR and XPS. The intramolecular interaction between two porphyrin rings has been studied by UV vis, IR and steady state fluorescence spectra. The existence of intramolecular energy transfer processes, the shift of ν Fe-Cl to higher frequency and the quenching of fluorescence attributed to zinc(Ⅱ) porphyrin may be the results of the intramolecular interaction between two porphyrin rings. The dependence of fluorescence quenching to the properties of substituents at phenyl rings of tetraphenylporphyrin indicate that spin orbit coupling effects may be a important way of intramolecular interaction between two porphyrin rings.
