【摘要】 通过茎尖培养对菜心的快速繁殖进行了研究．结果表明，茎尖培养的培养基成分、继代培养次数均影响菜心的快繁效果．在供试培养基中，以ＭＳ＋ＢＡ１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＫＴ１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基的繁殖效果最好；随着继代培养次数增加，菜心茎尖繁殖系数有所提高．试验还发现，无菌苗播种培养基中的激素种类和含量也可影响菜心的茎尖繁殖速率，以ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ为播种培养基时茎尖繁殖系数明显高于ＭＳ无激素培养基更多还原

【Abstract】 Shoot culture and rapid propagation of Brassica campestris var. utilis were carried out. The results showed that the propagation ratewas affected by hormone composition of media and times of subculture. The propagation coefficient of shoot cultured in the medium MS+BA 1 mg/L+KT 1 mg/L+NAA 02 mg/L was the highest in the media experimented. The propagation coefficient of shoot increased with increasing times of subculture. The kinds and concentration of hormones in sowingmedium could also affect the propagation rate of shoot. The seeds grew in medium MS+ BA 2 mg/L had obviously higher shoot propagation coefficient than that in hormongfree medium.更多还原
