淡水养殖鱼类细菌出血性败血病药物防治研究
A STUDY ON CONTROL OF THE BACTERIAL HEMORRHAGIC SEPTICEMIA IN CULTURED FRESHWATER FISHES BY DRUG ADMINISTRATION
【摘要】 通过对防治淡水养殖鱼类细菌出血性败血病的口服药物败血宁的系列实验研究表明:败血宁主药(BL)对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonashydrophila)的MIC为4μg/ml,在剂量10~30mg/kg范围内进行鱼体内抗菌试验,对鲢、银鲫的预防和治疗性给药有效率皆在80%以上,其LD50为615.2mg/kg,属低毒,对鱼类较为安全;以30、60mg/kg的剂量口灌银鲫进行微核试验证实BL诱发红细胞微核率不明显,无潜在致突变作用。用HPLC法测定BL在鱼体内治疗浓度维持时间为8~9h,消除半衰期t(1/2β)为2.5h,连续灌药3d后停药5d在银鲫血浆中未检测到BL的含量。以30mg/kg的剂量进行了四年的池塘应用试验,统计有效率为92.9%,疗效肯定。
【Abstract】 A series of experiments were carried out for control of bacterial hemorrhagic septicemia in cultured freshwater fishes by oral administration of the drug Baixiening. The results showed that the minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) of the main component BL in the drug to Aeromonas hydrophila was 4μg/ml. The in vivo anti bacterial test performed with the silver carp and silver prussian carp indicated an efficiency of over 80% and LD 50 of 615.2mg/kg in the prevention and therapy of the disease in both fish species within the dose range from 10 to 30mg/kg. It suggested that BL belong to drugs of low toxicity, and be relatively safe to fishes. The micronucleus test by orally administering to the silver prussian carp at a dose of 30 or 60mg/kg confirmed a negligible micronucleus rate of erythrocyte induced by BL and no potential mutagenesis. High performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) assay showed an in vivo retention time of 8~9 hrs and biological half-life thme T(1/2β) of 2.5hrs for BL at the given dose. At day 5 after 3 days′ successive administration, no content of BL was detected in the plasma of the silver prussian carp. Four-year applied experiment at a dose of 30mg/kg in large area of ponds showed a positive effect of therapy, with a statistical efficiency of 92.9%.
