沈阳市浑河南堤防洪标准的数值模拟计算

【摘要】 浑河原为沈阳南部的一条河流,随着经济的发展,市区扩展迅速,按沈阳市的规划,浑河以南地区不久将发展成为有30万人口的新区。因此,需在浑河南岸修建堤防,以保护浑南新区不受洪水的危害。但南堤的修建是否会对北岸大堤的防洪安全造成威胁成为防洪规划决策中一个亟待回答的问题。本文采用二维非恒定流不规则网格模型,用1995年实际发生的洪水进行了验证,并对规划方案进行了模拟计算,根据计算结果论证了规划方案的合理性。

【Abstract】 The Hunhe River flows through the south of Shenyang city.With the development of economics,the urban district has been expanded to the bank of Hunhe river.In the city planning of Shenyang,the south of Hunhe River will be developed as a district with 300 thousands population,so Hunhe River will become a urban river of Shenyang.In order to protect the new district from flood,the southern bank needs to be built.As one of the most important flood control cities,the safety of flood control for the main urban area of Shenyang is very important,so it becomes a principal problem to see if the construction of the southern bank will endanger the flood control capacity of the northern bank.In this paper,a nonregular grid and unsteady flow two dimensional model is used for verifying the flood in 1995 and calculating the flood for the planning projects.According to the results of calculation,the rationality of the planning projects is argued.
