【Abstract】 To reduce the loss caused by disasters in big cities in China,a Disaster Management Decision Support Consultation Information System(DMDSCIS) is established by using the methods of information science,system science and computer technigue.The Disaster Literature Database Management System(DLDBMS) is the knowledge foundation and information source of this consultation information system.In this paper,the role,design thought,structure,functions and method of DLDBMS are discussed.更多还原
