【摘要】 本文采用具有明显抗卵胚发育和抗雌虫生殖双重作用的免疫血清对SjcDNA文库进行免疫筛选，共鉴定阳性克隆102个，进一步复筛后对其中6个克隆以自动DNA测序仪对。DNA插入子测序，测序资料经基因数据库GCG软件处理。表明C40克隆类似于Sm铁蛋白基因，C31克隆类似于N.forntalis的PEPCK酶基因．C21为Sj热休克蛋白70基因，C29为副肌球蛋白基因，C30和C35克隆分别为印壳蛋白基因和钙网硬蛋白基因·上述6个基因克隆的同源程度分别为74．7％、57．1％、80．1％、86．4％、96．4％和80．6％。更多还原

【Abstract】 S.japonicum adult worm cDNA library was directly screened using sera from rabbits immunized with SIEA.102 positive cDNA clones were screened out With the anti-inunture egg sera.The cDNA clones of C40、C35,C31、 C30,C29、 C21 were further analysed by the applied biosystem automatic DNA sequencer.The results showed that C40 clone was similar to the gene of Ferritin from schistosora mansoni whrle C31 clone was related to PEPCK gene from N.frontalis and Clones C21,C35,C29,C30 with similarity to the genes of Heat Shock Pro-tein 70,Calrecticulin,Paramyosin and egg shell protein of S.japonicum.The homology of them was 74.7%,57.1%,80.1%、 80.6%,86.4% and 96.4%,respectively.更多还原
