细菌及其L型感染荷瘤小鼠肿瘤内SOD和MDA含量对小鼠生存影响的研究
SOD and MDA Levels in Tumor Bearing Mice Infected with Bac terial and Their L-forms
【摘要】 用Pyrogallol-NBT等方法测定并分析荷瘤伴感染组及荷瘤非感染组小鼠肿瘤内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量对小鼠生存天数的影响。结果发现荷瘤伴感染组小鼠的平均存活天数明显短于荷瘤非感染组及正常对照组,P<0.01。荷瘤伴细菌感染组小鼠肿瘤内MDA含量明显高于荷瘤非感染组及L型感染组,P<0.05~0.01。98.7%荷瘤小鼠肿瘤内SOD含量极低或为零。另有5只小鼠经3次接种肿瘤,均未见肿瘤生长,其肝脏内SOD含量高于正常对照组,P<0.02。提示感染可使小鼠肿瘤内MDA量增高,SOD量减少,可能是荷瘤伴感染组小鼠生存天数短于荷瘤非感染组及正常对照组的重要原因之一。
【Abstract】 The relationship between the survival days and SOD,MDA content in tumor(or liver)of the tumor-bearingmice with infection was studied with pyrogallol-NBT method. It was found that survival days of the tumor-bearing mice with infection was obvious shorter than that of the tumor-bearing mice without infection and normal mice,p<0.01. The MDA content in tumor of the tumor-bearing mice with bacterial infection was higher than that of the tumor-bearing mice without infection and with L-forms infection,p<0.05--0.01. SOD content of 98.7% tumorbearing mice was Zero or little. But SOD content in liver of 5 mice with repeated tumor inoculation was higher than normal,p<0. 02. Our finding suggested that the infection lead to increase in MDA and decrease in SOD content in mice.This may be the cause of short survival days in the tumor-bearing mice with infection.
