甘蓝型油菜NCa雄性不育系选育及其在甘蓝型油菜中的恢保关系
Breeding of NCa CMS (B.napus L.) and Its Restorers, Maintainers Among B.napus L.
【摘要】 选用芸苔属细胞质类型不同的2个复合种甘蓝型油菜(B.napusL.P1)和埃塞俄比亚芥(B.carinataBraunP2)正反交。F3代开始,从反交组合(P2×P1,CaN)选甘蓝型可育株对正交组合(P1×P2,NCa)的不育株测交。以后反交组合逐代选甘蓝型且具有保持能力单株作父本对正交组合不育株连续成对回交。NCa经过6代回交,获得稳定的雄性不育系。CaN经连续11代选择成为稳定的保持系。细胞遗传学分析表明,不育系和保持系染色体数都为38条且核型一致,保持系减数分裂染色体配对正常,表明NCa雄性不育系遗传稳定。NCa雄性不育系恢保关系测定表明,在甘蓝型油菜中有较多的恢复系且在恢保关系上与波里马雄性不育系有很大差异,在波里马保持系和恢复系中都有NCa雄性不育系的恢复系。
【Abstract】 Reciprocal crosses were made with B.napus (P 1) and B.carinata (P 2). The male sterile plants of NCa(P 1×P 2) were testcrossed by the CaN fertile plants from F 3 generation. The male sterile plants of NCa from testcross generation were backcrossed by the CaN maintainable plants in pair, after backcrossing 6 generations, a stable NCa CMS was obtained. The good plants of CaN F 11 were stable maintainer. All of their chromosome number were 2n=38. It is as same as B.napus. CaN maintainer meiosis was normal from our two years observations. NCa CMS was more stable than polima CMS and nap CMS. NCa CMS have a great number of restorers among B.napus. Its restorer and maintainer are different from polima’s.
