小麦细胞壁糖蛋白的耐盐性保护作用与机制研究

【摘要】 小麦盐胁迫处理后发现,强耐盐品种(961、R-025、鲁德1号和R-017)细胞壁结合的羟脯氨酸及糖蛋白合成显著高于盐敏感品种(东103和中国春);品种间的游离脯氨酸含量与其耐盐性关系不明显。电镜观察结果表明:盐胁迫过程中强耐盐品种其细胞表面糖蛋白层明显增厚、致密,而盐敏感品种则变薄、脱落甚至完全消失,游离到细胞间隙中。细胞壁糖蛋白的积累是小麦品种耐盐性反应的重要生化机制,在小麦的耐盐生理活动中起着重要作用。

【Abstract】 Under salt stress, the free proline, the cell wall hydroxyproline and the cell surface glycoprotein content of seedling leaf of wheat varieties which are different in salt tolerance were determined. The glycoproteins at the surface of cell wall were also observed by electron microscopy. It was found that the level of cell wall hydroxyproline and glycoprotein of seedlings of salt tolerant varieties (R 017, R 025, 961 and Lude 1) was significantly higher than that of salt susceptible varieties (Chinese Spring and Dong 103). The relationship between the free proline content of seedling leaf and the salt tolerance of varieties was unconsistant. The structure of glycoprotein at the cell surface in the leaves of seedlings was changed after salt stress treatment. The thickness of glycoprotein layer in the salt tolerant wheat seedlings seemed to have increased during salt treatment. The glycoproteins content at the cell surface in salt tolerant wheat seedlings appeared higher than those of salt sensitive wheat seedlings. The glycoproteins content at the cell surface of salt sensitive wheat seedlings was lower or completely absent.The accumulation of cell wall glycoproteins is an important biochemical mechnism of wheat varieties to salt tolerance, which plays an important role in the salt tolerance activity.
