添加元素对石墨-铝硅复合材料性能的影响

【摘要】 采用熔铸重力浇注在铝液中直接加入裸体石墨的方法,工艺简便,成本低,易于推广生产.但要用这种方法生产出综合性能良好的石墨-铝硅复合材料并非易事.其中添加某种元素既促使有利的石墨-铝硅复合材料界面反应的形成,又阻止石墨飘浮,减少偏析,使材料的综合性能得到提高是很关键的问题之一.而且,这种添加元素在工业上使用的价格又要比较低廉.本文从复合材料都存在界面反应的问题入手,找到了一种综合性能良好的添加元素M.

【Abstract】 Adding bare graphite into aluminum melt in gravity cast process is a direct and cheap method to produce graphite Al Si composites.It is easy to be extened.However,in order to produce a kind of graphite Al Si composite material with good comprehensive properties,some additive element must be added.The additive element can not only benifit the formation of useful interface reaction between Al Si liquid alloy and graphite,but also prevent graphite floating and reduce segregation,and then improve the comprehensive properties.In this paper,interface reaction of composite material has been studied,and on the basis of this result,a kind of additive element(M) has been found,which can greatly improve the comprehensive properties of graphite Al Si composites.
