【Abstract】 In this paper starting from the general functional model, the universal adjustment formulae and the universal formulae for accuracy evaluation have been derived by using the theory of successive adjustment and the principle of correlative least square. These formulae are given adopting all least squares adjustment models. For example, when C =0, eq(1) becomes the functional model of condition adjustment with unknown parameters; when A =-I, eq(1) becomes the functional model of parameter adjustment with constraint among the parameters.
