【Abstract】 A jelled sodium polyacrylate with 280 times of free water absorption ability was produced by acrylic acid and sodium hydroxide and taken as a dust suppressant for controlling roadway dust raising. The characteristics of its water preservative and absorbing capacities were tested by experimentation. The experimental results showed that the jelled sodium polyacrylate has an excellent performance of water preservation and absorption,binding dust and long active dust suppression.更多还原
