【摘要】 观察了激活素Ａ对小鼠Ｔ／Ｂ淋巴细胞增殖和ＮＫ细胞毒活性的影响。结果表明，激活素Ａ在１０ｎｇ／ｍｌ条件下，对体外培养的Ｔ／Ｂ淋巴细胞增殖和ＮＫ细胞毒活性有明显的促进作用，与对照组比较具有明显的统计学差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。信号传递系统的研究表明，激活素Ａ有协同ＰＫＣ信号传递系统刺激物ＴＰＡ的促细胞增殖效应，并能促进Ｃａ２＋载体Ａ２３１８７的作用。上述资料提示，激活素Ａ可能是通过增加细胞钙离子浓度，激活ＰＫＣ依赖性信号传递系统，而发挥其免疫调节效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was observed that effects of activin A on the preliferation of T/B lymphocytes and the cytotoxic activities of nature killer(NK) cells.The results showed that the 10 ng/ml of activin A significantly enhanced the proliferation of T/B lymphocytes and activities of NK cells,compared with control(P<0 05).Furthermore,showed that activin A enhanced effects of TPA as activator of PKC,and calcium ionophore A23187 on proliferation of splenocytes in mice.These findings suggest that the increase of Ca 2+ and the activation of PKC may be invoved in signal transduction mechanism of activin A action which regulate function of immune cells.更多还原
