【Abstract】 DNA of yeast histidine kinase(YHK) domain from yeast genome isolated by using DNA polymerase chain reaction was cloned into Baculovirus transfer plasmid pVL1393.Recombinant Baculovirus was isolated from SF9 insect cells co transfected with Baculo Gold DNA and recombinant plasmid pVL1393.Expressed recombinant protein isolated from SF9 cells infected with recombinant Baculovirus was demonstrated showing an auto histidine kinase activity in an in vitro assay.更多还原
