【Abstract】 The rice bait of 0. 005% Brodifacoum was used in the field trials with single baiting,once baiting for two days or pulse baiting for five days. The population decline rates were89. 27%, 98. 11 % or 99. 14 % respectively. The efficiency with single baiting was significantly lowerthan the latters. It indicated that the Brodifacoum had good palatability,safety and good efficiencyto commensal rodents in the field condition. The method with once baiting for two days was suggested to be popularizing in large scale rodent control,in order to achieve a good result.更多还原
