肌醇厂的优化设计与工业性试验
The Optimized Design and Industrialized Test of the Inositol Factory
【摘要】 经设计与试产表明,采用先进设备、合理流程与新操作法,肌醇收率可提高到10%以上。优化设计后新工艺的特点是:水磨碎料;常压催化水解与化浆合并,与电热自控加压水解釜串联;用CaCO3与Ca(OH)2混合粉末除盐;用离子交换树脂精制肌醇溶液;用吸附树脂脱色;超声波发生装置与水解釜、结晶釜配套使用;应用微机版过程模拟软件。
【Abstract】 The design has drawn the merits from home and abroad. With advanced equipment, reasonable process flow and new operation, the extraction yield of inositol can be raised to more than 10%. Comparing with the traditional technology, it has characteristics as follows: Grinding phytin into flour by water, Merging normal pressure catalytic hydrolysis with the beating phytin slurry and establishing the hydrolysis of auto-control electric heat autoclave in series, Adopting mixed powder of CaCO 3 and Ca(OH) 2 to remove salt, Using ion exchange to refine inositol solution, Using polymer absorbents as a decolorant, Using ultrasonic device in hydrolyzer and crystallizer, Using ECSS (Engineering Chemistry Simulation System).
