国内外几种食用油脂加氢催化剂性能比较
Performance Comparison among Several Domestic and Imported Edible Oil-Fat Hydrogenation Catalysts
【摘要】 用封闭式带搅拌的高压反应釜,在相同氢化条件下,分别就进口的DM-Ⅱ、SP-7、SN型和国内新研制的KD-Ⅱ型四种催化剂,用“双高”(高芥酸、高硫量)菜油进行氢化,通过氢化油性能参数(碘价、熔点、折光指数、脂肪酸组成及反式异构体含量等)的测定来分析比较催化剂的活性、选择性、过滤性、抗毒性等性能。用大量数据对比,认为DM-Ⅱ催化剂是一种性能优良的食用油脂加氢催化剂,可作为国内研制新型食用油脂氢化催化剂的参数。
【Abstract】 In the enclosed high pressure reaction still with agitation,the “two-high"(high erucic acid and high glucosinolates) rapeseed oil was hydrogenated by using imported DM-Ⅱ,SP-7, SN and domestic newly developed KD-Ⅱ catalysts respectively under the same hydrogenation condition. The catalyst performances of activity, selectivity, filterableness and anti-toxicity etc. were compared and studied by determining the hydrogenated rapeseed oil performance parameters (iodine value ,melting point ,diopter index ,fatty acid composition ,trans-isomer content etc.). It shows that DM-Ⅱ catalyst is a kind of fine performance edible oil-fat hydrogenation catalyst. It can serve as a domestic target to develope new pattern edible oil-fat hydrogenation catalyst.
