可食性淀粉薄膜材料与性能研究[Ⅱ]
Study on Material and Properties of Edible Starch Films (Ⅱ)
【摘要】 经比较玉米与木薯改性淀粉膜的性能后,采用玉米改性淀粉为原料,进一步探讨成膜配方中增塑剂用量,钙盐、丙氨酸、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)的影响。增塑剂Ⅰ用量在20%(重量计,下同)以内,增塑剂Ⅱ、CMC-Na在5%到10%之间时,可得拉伸强度、百分伸长率和耐折度均较好的可食性淀粉薄膜。适当添加乳酸钙与丙氨酸可提高膜的拉伸强度。
【Abstract】 After comparing the properties of modified-corn-starch film with that of modified-tapioca film, the formula of modified-corn-starch film are investigated further, including the amounts of plasticizer, calcium salts ,alanine, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC-Na). Edible starch film, comprising less than 20% (by weight) platicizer I and 5%-10% (by weight) platicizer Ⅱ and CMC-Na, has high tensile strength, percent elongation and folding endurance. The proper addition of calcium lactate and alanine results in an increase in the tensile strength of films.
