【摘要】 应用银染色方法研究了食管癌患者、正常人及患者一级亲属的外周血淋巴细胞核仁形成区。发现食管癌患者的银染核仁形成区均数及其最大横径均数明显高于正常人。Ｇ组中，患者一级亲属的银染核仁形成区均数亦明显高于正常人。结果提示，在食管癌患者淋巴细胞中ｒＲＮＡ基因的数量和转录活性之间呈正相关且明显高于正常人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nucleolar organizer regions in lymphocytes of esophageal carcinoma patients, healthy persons and first degree relatives of patients were studied with silver staining method. Revealing frequencies and the maximum diameter of Ag NORs in esophageal carcinoma patients were significantly higher than that of healthy persons. Frequencies of Ag NORs of first degree relatives of patients were also higher than that of healthy persons in G group. The result showed that the amount of rRNA genes and their transcriptional activity were positively interrelated in lymphocytes of esophageal carcinoma patients, and they were higher than that of healthy persons.更多还原
