【摘要】 64例糖尿病性周围神经病患者下肢MCV及胫后神经SEP检查。其中MCV异常率64．06％，胫后神经SEP中的N7异常率75％，胫后神经SEP的N／P37，异常率67．18％。糖尿病组与正常对照组N20～N／P37峰间期的差异有显著性意义，这提示我们必须重视此类患者中枢神经系统的临床下电生理改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 MCV of lower limbs and tibial nerve SEP were detected in 64 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy. The abnormal rate of MCV was 64.06%. N7 of SEP 75%, N/P37 of SEP 67.18%. It was found there was a significant difference between diabetic patients and health controls in N30-N/P37. Our results suggest that the attention should be devoted to the subclinical changes of electrophysiology in central nerve system of the patients.更多还原
