【摘要】 根据WHO制定的国际标难化头穴方案，参照中华医学会泰安会议关于中风病的诊断和疗效判断标准治疗123例中风患者，随机分为头电针组和常规组，并在治疗前后检测血脂、血糖和血液流变学等各项指标，同时研究了头电针对中风后神志、语言、运动功能和智能障碍的康复作用。结果头电针与传统体外相比，对中风偏瘫肢体功能恢复有更好的促进作用，治疗组总有效率96．83％，显效和临床治愈50．8％，对照组分别为86．66％和28．33％，2组比较P＜0．05，治疗组明显优于对照组，实验研究表明：2种治疗方法对中风患者的脂蛋白，载脂蛋白的变化有一定的积极影响，而以头电针的影响更全面，该研究还对中风后智能障碍进行测试和观察，提示头电针疗法对其也有促进恢复的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In term of International Standardization Program of WHO and diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation standard from Chinese Medical Association, 123 patients with stroke were treated. The patients were randomly divided into head electro-acupuncture group and body acupuncture group. The levels of blood fat and glucose, and hemarrneological parameters were determined before and after the treatment. Simultane ously the rehabilitatioin effects of head clectro-acupuncture on disturbance of consciousness, language, exer cise function and intelligence after stroke were investigated. The results showed that the head electro acupuncture for the recovery of hemeplegic extremities followed stroke had better promotion as compared with ordinary body acupuncture. The total effective rate in treated group and control group was 96. 83% and 86. 7% with the notable effective rate and clinical recovery rate accounting for 50. 8% and 28. 3% respective ly. The differencc between treated group and control was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experiment results indicated that both head acupuncture and body acupuncture had some active influence on the lipopro tein and apolipoprotein changes in stroke patients, but the head acupuncture was even more. This study still tested and observed the intelligent disturbance after the stroke, suggesting that head electro-acupuncture therapy can prompt its recovery.更多还原
