大脑深部静脉循环代偿能力的形态学分析

【摘要】 目的:对大脑深部静脉的循环代偿能力进行分析,为临床提供形态学资料。方法:在手术显微镜下对17例(34侧)成人大脑深部静脉进行观察。结果:大脑内静脉及其属支与其它脑静脉的吻合较少,而基底静脉及其属支与邻近的脑静脉有较丰富的吻合支存在。结论:大脑内静脉的代偿循环能力较弱,而基底静脉有较强的代偿循环代偿能力

【Abstract】 Objectives and Methods:The cerebral deep vein was evaluated under an operation microscope in seventeen adult cadaver brains in order to analyze the circulatory compensatory ability of the cerebral deep vein.Results and Conclusions:The internal cerebral veins and their tributaries had few anastomotic vessels with other cerebral veins and were poor in circulatory compensation.The basis veins and its tributaries had many anastomotic vessels with other cerebral veins and were good at circulatory compensation.
