【Abstract】 DL 1 ionization gauge is a high pressure vacuum gauge, it is developed by Radio Electronics Department, Peking University. Its pressure range is 5×10 -4 ～100Pa.It consists of DL 1 gauge head and control unit,and is controlled by microprocessor.DL 1 ionization gauge can be customized to the user’s requirements through the addition of several option boards.These option boards allow the gauge interface to a computer,output a log report on a printer, control the vacuum system pressure via a piezoelectric valve and output BCD and analog pressure information.更多还原
