【Abstract】 Form the fermentation broth of Streptomyces SIPI941079, an inhibitor of steroid 5αreductase named as compound SIPI941079Ⅱ (1) was isolated by solvent extraction, silica gel chromatography and crystallization. The structure of 1 was elucidated by means of physicochemical properties, UV, IR, MS, NMR (1H and 13C) spectra, and was determined to be 2acetylamino3hydroxy4methylbenzoic acid.更多还原
