【Abstract】 In view of the small dominant crystal size and high coefficient of variation, the present problems extensively existing in the product of antibiotics solvent out crystallization, this paper studied the ways that can improve the quality of antibiotics solvent out crystallization product, that is, using ultrasonic wave during the crystallization process to promote the preparation of high quality nuclei and establishing optimum operation process for the adding of precipitant.
