【Abstract】 In the course of screening immunosuppressant, we use gene engineering strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae RS188N which has rapamycin binding protein (RBP) and RS188N△rbp:::LEU which hasn′t as indicators. An active compound SIIA9268A was isolated from Streptomyces hygroscopicus donghusis SIIA9268 by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and prepared TLC etc. Based on its physico chemical properties the compound SIIA9268A is identical with rapamycin.更多还原
