铜离子与平阳霉素络合物的配位构型及活化机理研究
Structure and activation-mechanism study on Cu2+ -pingyangmycin complex
【摘要】 采用1H-NMR技术,应用顺磁离子探针的原理,研究了高自旅顺磁离子Cu2+与平阳霉素在溶液中形成络合物的配位构型状况,得到了其基本构型参数,为研究平阳霉素降解DNA的活化机理提供了结构依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the H-NMR approach and principlc of paramagnetic ion-probe,we have studicd the structurc of complex of the high-spin paramagnetic Cu2+ ion and ping-yangmycin (PYM ) in the solution state. The basic configuration parametcr of this complexwas obtained, and this in turn, the structural evidcnce for the activation mcchanism study ofMn+ -PYM to DNA substracte degradation in cancer cell was provided.
