【Abstract】 This paper reports the method of preparing crude human ckorionic gonadotropin fromplacenta. The method was based on that the weakly acidic altrnminosidicate absorbed HCG of placenta.The .absorbent was washed with 40% ethanol containing 10% ammonium acetate solution into a column.The crude product posscsscd HCG potency of 400IU/mg and HCG recovery was 50%.更多还原
