XN-PP调剖堵水体系的研究及性能评价
Evaluation of water shutoff system XN-PP
【摘要】 根据油田地层特征及调制堵水技术对调剖堵水材料的要求,研制了以丙烯酰胺和低级醛为主剂的就地共聚合交联体系XN-PP。介绍了XN-PP体系的化学作用机理,评价了主剂、添加剂浓度及温度对成胶时间和胶体强度的影响。XN-PP调堵液初始粘度低,阻力系数小,热稳性强,与地层水的配伍性好,并具有选择性堵水作用,适合于地层温度为30~130℃的水井调剖和油井堵水作业,XN-PP胶体粘度高、强度大、耐冲刷。
【Abstract】 Water shutoff system XN-PP developed is a in-situ copolymerization system polymerized from acrylamide, low-grade aldehyde and some addition a-gents. Chemical mechanism of XN-PP is analysed. The influence of temperature and concentration of a-gents on gel time and gel strength are evaluated. XN-PP possesses the character of selective water shutoff property, low initial viscosity, low resistance coefficient, good thermal stability, compatibility with water and good gel strength.
