【摘要】 为了探讨细菌耐药性不断增长的问题，我科检测了1994年6月到1996年6月从医院内感染临床分离得的1362株非发酵菌对17种临床常用抗生素的敏感性。用K-B纸片法和Vitek-Ams药敏卡，根据抑菌环直径，用检验科软件分析其耐药率。发现除第三代头孢菌素、氟喹喏酮类、亚胺培南及多粘菌素B抑菌效果较好外，其余耐药率均很高。由于头孢菌素联合舒巴坦，有很好的抗菌效应，建议临床扩大使用β-内酰胺类抗生素与舒巴坦联合的制剂。本文结果为临床选用抗生素提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 A total of 1362 nonfermenter strains was isolated from pathological samples (such as sputum, urine, wounds, blood and others) and collected during a period from June 1994 to June1996. Isolates were identified as nonfermenters based upon Disk diffusion and Vitek-Ams systemtest. The resistance rates of ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin, norftoxacin, imipenem, cefoperazone/sulbactam and polymyxin B against strains of nonfermenters were accepted. The resistance ratesof others were high (over 40% ). The results are helpful in selecting antibiotics for clinical use.更多还原
