精神分裂症病人脑电图的非线性动力学分析

【摘要】 为研究精神分裂症病人的客观诊断方法,作者采用非线性动力学观点对15例首次住院的精神分裂症病人的脑电图进行了分析,并与20例对照组比较。结果表明,脑电图是一个不稳定的混沌态,在不同功能状态下,其特征是不一样的,并发现精神分裂症病人的信息传递特征参数有“倒置”现象,这对脑电图分析和精神分裂症病人的临床脑电图诊断是有很大意义的。

【Abstract】 The EEG of 15 patients with schizophrenia were analysed by the method of nonlinear dynamics. In comparison with those of 20 normal subjects, the results showed that EEG ofschizophrenia patients was in a unstable chaotic state from the point of view of nonlinear dynamics. It was discovered that the characteristics of EEG was different in various functional statesand there was an inverted phenomenon in message transferring parameters of schizophreniaEEG. These features might be useful in EEG analysis and diagnosis for schizophrenia.
