【摘要】 作者对１９８９．７～１９９４．７采用绳肌远端延长术治疗的１３２例膝关节痉挛性屈曲畸形患者，进行了随访分析，畸形复发率１８％。复发与随访时间呈正相关。统计学处理表明：年龄的大小、痉挛的轻重可影响复发率；术前行走能力，膝屈曲度数及延长方式与复发率无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 From July 1989 to July 1994,one hundred and thirty two patients who had spastic flexion deformity of the knee were treated with distal lengthening of the hamstring and followed up from one to five years.The rate of recurrence was 33 per cent.The recurrence rose gradually while time passing on.Age and spasticity had effected on the rate of recurrence.This difference was statistically significant(P<0 01).Preoperative walking ability,degrees of flexion and lengthening method had no significant effect on the rate of recurrence(P>0 05).更多还原
