【摘要】 为探讨小儿脊髓栓系综合征(TCS)的病因、诊断及治疗,本文对收治的显性脊柱裂伴有TCS的患儿共27例,从临床表现、手术方法及疗效方面进行了分析。认为显性脊柱裂伴有不同程度的足畸形,运动感觉障碍及大小便异常即可诊断为TCS,早期行脊髓栓系松解术是治疗TCS的有效方法。更多还原
