【摘要】 膝关节滑膜血管瘤国内已有17例报告,加上本组6例,共23例。其中男12例,女11例;年龄20个月～36岁,局限型9例,弥漫型14例。21例拍片7例见软组织肿块影,1例伴静脉石。23例均行手术治疗,3例加硬化剂注射,1例加放疗。4例术后复发,经再次手术治愈。2例以转移皮瓣修复皮肤软组织缺损。本组6例显微镜下均见多少不等的含铁血黄素在增殖的滑膜内沉积,3例误诊为色素绒毛结节性滑膜炎,其中1例尚可见组织细胞和多核巨细胞,揭示二病并存或密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Only 17 cases of synovial hemangioma of the knee were reportd in China to date. This paper aids 6 cases. Among all of the 23 cases, 12 were males and 11 females. The age of the patients ranged from 20 monthes to 36 years. There were 9 cases of localized and 14 diffused lesions. 7 cases of masses of soft tissues and 1 venous stones were seen by radiography, All of the 23 cases were surgically excised, and 3 cases combined with injections of sclerosant and 1 with radiotherapy. 23 cases were followed-up for 1-10 years respectively. 4 cases recurred and were cured surgically again. 3 of the 6 cases in our series were primarily considered histologically as PVNS because of their microscopic hemasiderin deposition. Histocytes and multinucleated giant cells were seen under microscope in 1 case. That might suggest a co-existence or relationship between synovial hemangioma and PVNS.更多还原
