三氯苯达唑治疗家犬卫氏并殖吸虫感染的实验观察

【摘要】 目的 :观察三氯苯达唑治疗家犬卫氏并殖吸虫病的疗效。方法 :腹腔内注射感染囊蚴10 0个 /犬 ,共 6只。感染后 170 d,治疗组 3犬口服三氯苯达唑 10 0 mg/ kg· d× 2 d。治后逐日粪检以 Stoll法计数虫卵。治后 38d解剖观察犬肺部虫囊和虫体情况 ,并作病理切片检查。结果 :感染后60 d6只犬粪便中均发现卫氏并殖吸虫虫卵。治疗后 7— 14d,治疗组犬粪便中并殖吸虫卵阴转。对照组犬双肺虫囊数分别为 18、2 4和 2 4个 ,检获并殖吸虫成虫分别为 38、51和 4 2个 ;治疗组犬双肺虫囊数分别为 10、7和 4个 ,仅在 1犬中发现 2条较小的成虫 ,其余 2犬未检获并殖吸虫 ,减虫率平均为 98.5%。结论 :三氯苯达唑对卫氏并殖吸虫有良好杀虫作用。

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the therapeutic effect of triclabendazole in the treatment of dogs with paragonimiasis westermani.METHODS:Six dogs were experimentally infected each with 1 0 0 metacercariae of Paragonimus westermani intraperitoneally and divided into untreated and treated groups,3dogs were treated orally with triclabendazole 1 0 0 mg/kg· d for 2 con- secutive days at d 1 70 post infection.Stool egg count was done with Stoll method.All of these dogs were killed at38days after treatmentand the number ofworm eysts and worms in the lungs were exa- mined by naked eye and microscopically.RESUL TS:Stool eggs became negative from d7to d1 4after starting chemotherapy in treated dogs,the number of worm cysts in the lungs of untreated dogs were1 8,2 4and2 4on necropsy,while those in the treat- ed dogs were 1 0 ,7and 4,respectively.The number of adult worms in the untreated dogs were 38,5 1 and 42 ,while in the treated dogs only 2 smaller adult worms were found in one dog and no worm was found in the other two dogs.The mean worm reduction rate was98. 5 % .CONCLUSION:Triclabendazole is highly active against Paragonimus westermani in ex- perimental infected dogs.
