【摘要】 用不同浓度的甲基磺酸乙酯对钝顶螺旋藻的藻丝体进行处理，研究了甲基磺酸乙酯对钝顶螺旋藻生长和形态的影响．结果表明：（１）甲基磺酸乙酯对钝顶螺旋藻的生长有抑制作用，生长率与处理浓度呈极显著的负相关．（２）藻丝体形态参数的变异性增大，藻丝体和螺旋的长度加长，螺旋数增多，也出现了多种形态的藻丝体．更多还原

【Abstract】 The filaments of Spirulina platensis were treated with different concentration of ethyl methane-sulphonate(EMS) and the effects of EMS was studied on the growth and morphology of S. platensis . The results showed:(1)The growth of S. platensis was inhibited by EMS. And the growth rate had significantly negative relation to EMS concentration。 (2)After treatment with EMS, the variability in morphology parameters increased , the length of filament and spiral became longer and the number of spiral got more , variform filaments appeared also .更多还原
