茄子种子经促芽剂处理后的发芽特征及其数学模型的研究
Study on the mathematical models for germination of eggplant seeds treated with growth regulator
【摘要】 应用浓度为50、100、200mgl的促芽剂处理茄子种子24小时,可显著提高发芽率、发芽势,缩短发芽时间,降低发芽变异指数。本研究试用的11种数学模型中,Logistic经验曲线能很好地表述各处理茄子种子的发芽过程。
【Abstract】 Eggplant seeds were treated with growth regulator at 0, 50, 100 and 200mg/l. Results showed that growth regulator improved the germination performance, increasing maximum germination rate and shortening the average germination time. Among 11 mathematical functions, Logistic function was the best to describe germination of eggplant seeds.
