【摘要】 １４４头长加杂交猪按体重、性别和遗传基础分成４组（每组３个重复，每个重复１２头），分别饲喂不含对氨基苯胂酸（ＰＡＰＡＡ）（Ⅰ组）和添加７０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ＰＡＰＡＡ（Ⅱ组）、７０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ＰＡＰＡＡ＋７０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ＯＴＣ（土霉素，Ⅲ组）、７０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ＰＡＰＡＡ＋７０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１ＣＴＣ（金霉素，Ⅳ组）的相同玉米—豆粕型饲粮。结果表明：Ⅱ和Ⅲ组胴体脂肪率分别降低４９１％和４３３％（Ｐ＜００１），Ⅱ组背膘厚降低１６３％（Ｐ＜００１），瘦肉率提高３３２％（Ｐ＜００５）；Ⅱ和Ⅲ组眼肌面积分别提高９４％和１２４％（Ｐ＜００５）。Ⅱ组背最长肌大理石纹评分提高５１％（Ｐ＜００５）；Ⅲ和Ⅳ组背最长肌肉色评分分别提高１３６％和８１％（Ｐ＜００１）。Ⅲ和Ⅳ组背最长肌ＰＡＰＡＡ残留量分别下降３５０％和３８０％（Ｐ＜０００５），肾脏ＰＡＰＡＡ残留量分别下降３０７％和２９０％（Ｐ＜０００２）。宰前换饲不含ＰＡＰＡＡ饲粮４天，背最长肌和肾脏ＰＡＰＡＡ残留量分别减少８４７％和１７６％（Ｐ＜００５）。更多还原
