74例临床标本产粘质表皮葡萄球菌的分离及其对抗生素的耐药性

【摘要】 表皮葡萄球菌产生的胞外粘质,不仅是一种重要的定居因子和粘附因子,而且可影响抗生素的渗入而呈现耐药。我们对74株表皮葡萄球菌进行产粘质检测,并测定了9种抗生素对产粘质表皮葡萄球菌的MIC,结果表明:产粘质菌检出率为54.1%,其对丁胺卡那霉素的敏感率为92.5%,而对其它8种抗生素敏感率均低于40%,并均呈现多重耐药。

【Abstract】 Slime produced by staphylococcusepidermidis, an important resident factor andan adherent factor, causes hindrance to thepenetrating of antibiotics, hence results inresistance. We examined 74 strains ofstaphy-lococcus epidermidis for detectingslime, and measured the MIC of 9 differentantibiotics to the slime - producings-taphylococcus-epidermidis. The resultsshowed that the detection rate was 54. 1% .92. 5% ofthe slime - producing strains sho-wedsensitivity to amikacin while the sensittvityto the other eight antibiotics was reduced inaverage to less than 40% . All the slimeproducing strains demonstrated multiresistance to antibiotics .
