【Abstract】 The paper discusses the development scheme and result of Peretratting machine used inthe exposure chips in considerable detail. The experimented result shows that the machine fillsthe gaps in this area of our country, and now the peretratting of the exposure chips can bemade in our country. The preformance of the chips peretratted by the machine is better thanthose imported from abroad, and achieves international advanced level of 199O’s.更多还原
