【摘要】 １９９３～１９９５年对开平市３４０所中、小学校、幼儿园的学生每年进行１次阿苯达唑驱虫糖集体治疗，共３１５４０１人次。每次年服药率为９４．５％～９６．４％。抽样检查证明：１９９５年学生肠道线虫总感染率由治疗前４４．７％降至１１．９％，下降７３．４％。其中蛔虫由３４．０％降至８．９％，钩虫由５．９％降至０．８％，蛲虫由３．６％降至０．４％，鞭虫由３．８％降至１．７％，社会效益和经济效益显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The albendazole anti helminthic sweeties was used for control of intestinal nematode infection once a year among 315 401 children of 340 kindergartens, prinary schools and middle schools from 1993 to 1995 in Kaiping City. The results showed that the intestinal nematode infection rate dropped from 44.7% in 1993 to 11.9% in 1995 with the overall reduction of infection rate being 73.4% . Among which, the infection rate of A. lumbricoides , hookworm, E. vermicularis and T. trichuria dropped from 34.0%, 5.9%, 3.6% and 3.8% to 8.9%, 0.8%, 0.4% and 1.7% respectively. The first stage aim for student intestinal nematode control has been achieved. The slight side effect rate was 3.0%(761/25736), which doesn’t need any treatment. So the students were ready to accept the treatment because the sweeties is safe , convenient and delicious to take.更多还原
