【Abstract】 The effects of S951 on Trichomonas vaginalis was studied by an in vitro cultivation method. Results showed that S951 had a good dosage-dependent trichononaciding effect within 48 hours after incubation with a minimal effective dosage of 50 microlitres. A clinical trial in 31 cases suggested that there was almost no significant difference between the therapeutic effects of S951 and metronidazole, and no side or ill effect was found after administration of S951.更多还原
