【摘要】 目的对青少年儿童型Ｃｏａｔｓ病的特点及治疗进行临床观察，对分型进行探讨。方法采用检眼镜及眼底荧光血管造影两种检查方法，以激光光凝及冷冻手术进行治疗。结果与成年型Ｃｏａｔｓ病相比，此型具有发病早、黄斑病变重、进展快、视力预后差的特点。其中７５．０％的眼保持原视力，１９．２％的眼视力有改善。结论此病对视力损害较大，早期治疗是保存视力的关键，分型有助于对此病更好的理解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objictive To observe the clinical features and the effects of management of juvenil e children type of Coats′disease and to approach the classification of the disease.Methods Fundus was examined and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) was made.Laser photocoagulation and cryotherapy were used for treatment.Results Compared to adult type of Coats′disease,this type was characterized by early onset,severe macular lesion,rapid progression and poor visual prognosis.The vision in 75.0% of eyes was unchanged,and in 19.2% of eyes was improved after treatment.Conclusion Visual damage is more severe in this type.Early examination and early treatment are the key points to decrease visual deterioration.The classification of the disease is helpful in understanding the disease.更多还原
